NSN can offer very special rates at our main conference hotel, Radisson Blu Scandinavia, in addition
to Scandic Hotel, Holbergsplass and Thon Hotel Slottsparken, all perfectly located in the heart of Oslo City and close to public transport.
All our meetings will take place at Radisson Blu Scandinavia.

Reservation and cancellation conditions for all hotels

  • Check in from 15:00 and check out at 12:00 noon latest.
  • We can guarantee available rooms and we offer special rates up until 10th of April. Please keep in mind that the month of June is a high season.
  • For all cancellations: Changes must be in writing and forwarded to nsn2025@cic.no
  • Cancellations from 11th og April will be refunded with 50% of the accommodation costs.
  • Cancellations from 15th of May, will not be refunded.
