Registration will open in January

The deadline to qualify for the lowest fee, Early Bird, is latest March, 31st 2025.
From the 1st of April there is a major increase in fees.

What is included in the registration fee?
Admission to the scientific sessions, poster sessions and admission to the exhibition area.
The fee also includes congress material, coffee breaks with refreshments during the conference.

What is NOT included in the registration fee?
Lunch during the conference: If you chose to attend a lunch symposium, lunch will be provided by the sponsor of the symposium. If you chose to NOT attend a lunch symposium, you will need to pay for it yourself (NOK 500). Lunch will be served as buffet in the hotel’s restaurant.
Admission to Get-Together on Thursday June 12 (Free of charge)
Admission to Conference Dinner Friday June 13 (NOK 1580)

Cancellation policy
All changes and cancellation should be notified in writing by e-mail to: nsn2025@cic.no
Administration fee for changes in invoice will be charged 250 NOK per change.

Registration fee/social programme:
Cancellation received before 10th of April, full refund is offered*
Cancellation received from 11th of April, 50% refund is offered*
Cancellation received from 15th of May, no refund is offered*
* Cancellation fee of NOK 500 will apply.

Hotel:
We can guarantee available rooms and we offer special rates up until 10th of April. Please keep in mind that the month of June is a high season.
For all cancellations: Changes must be in writing and forwarded to nsn2025@cic.no
Cancellations from 11th of April will be refunded with 50% of the accommodation costs.
Cancellations from 15th of May, will not be refunded.
